**Job Summary** We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. Software Engineer with 10 to 13 years of experience in Java to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and a passion for software development. This role offers a hybrid work model and requires no travel. Experience in Program Management is a plus. **Responsibilities** + Develop and maintain high-quality software solutions using Java. + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define design and ship new features. + Ensure the performance quality and responsiveness of applications. + Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs. + Help maintain code quality organization and automation. + Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback. + Participate in the full software development lifecycle including requirements gathering design development testing and deployment. + Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure our solutions remain competitive. + Mentor and guide junior developers to foster a collaborative and productive team environment. + Work closely with product managers to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications. + Contribute to the continuous improvement of our development processes and methodologies. + Ensure that all software solutions are scalable secure and maintainable. + Provide technical expertise and support to other team members as needed. **Qualifications** + Possess a strong technical background with 10 to 13 years of experience in Java. + Demonstrate expertise in software development including design development testing and deployment. + Have experience in Program Management is a plus. + Show proficiency in identifying and resolving performance issues and bugs. + Exhibit strong collaboration and communication skills. + Display the ability to mentor and guide junior developers. + Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and technologies. + Ensure software solutions are scalable secure and maintainable. + Demonstrate the ability to work in a hybrid work model. + Have a passion for software development and a commitment to delivering high-quality solutions. + Show the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment. + Exhibit strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. + Possess excellent organizational and time management skills.
