What you’ll do + Design and develop Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Aura and Lightning Web Components, leveraging the full capabilities of the Salesforce platform to support the company's initiatives + Technical leadership, setting best practices including integration and application development and testing (unit and systems), mentoring and helping team members + Assessment of new technologies to integrate with the Salesforce ecosystem + Demonstrates expert understanding of functional and non-functional requirements + Facilitate a quick response to changing project requirements and customer objectives + Skilled in breaking down problems, documenting problem statements and estimating efforts + Promotes transparency by proactively sharing design choices with appropriate audiences, with the appropriate level of detail and timeliness Who you are + Bachelor’s Degree in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math), or equivalent experience + A minimum of 4/5 years of experience as Salesforce developer with proven understanding of Salesforce architecture and API + Experience in Lightning and Lightning Web components or any JavaScript framework + Excellent knowledge of relational databases + Experience using GitHub or other version control software + Ability to create technical documentation + Experience working in geographically distributed teams + Excellent communication skills + Fluent English written and spoken + Strong team player Join our winning team today.
