You will be a key person in executing the vision and roadmap for Amazon's Nova models, delivering frontier intelligence and industry-leading price-performance. As a Senior Manager, you will lead multiple teams of software engineers and scientists, ensuring innovation, technical excellence, and timely delivery. Basic Qualifications - 10+ years of SW engineering experience - 5+ years of SW engineering team management experience - Successful track record of delivering complex, large-scale cloud SW services (AWS/GCS/Azure) - Excellent prioritization and collaboration skills Preferred Qualifications - PhD or Masters's degree in computer science or equivalent - Experience working with AI model architectures including transformers and diffusion models - Experience driving innovation in science and engineering - Excellent problem solving skills in a fast-paced environment Amazon is an equal opportunities employer.
