Provide oversight to Nalco's service team and scope of work execution on a day-to-day basis at our customer facilitiesPlan and conduct audits that review operations & maintenance, ensuring compliance with safety and contract requirementsPlanning and scheduling of work, supervision of technicians, coordinating the purchase of chemicals, spare parts, maintenance, and repairs of equipment, and ensuring that all contract terms & conditions and guarantees are satisfactorily managedCommunicate effectively with Nalco sales team and District Management regarding SOW execution, project support, and service team performanceAssist Nalco sales team in pursuing new business and contract renewals and aide in the business development process in the retention and extension of contractsResponsible for the development and implementation of a site-specific safety planManagement of 2-3 direct reports (field service technicians)Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degreeFive years of technical operations and water treatment experienceOperations experience in an administrative and budgetary roleComputer literacy and competency with Microsoft Office programsPossess a valid Driver's License and acceptable Motor Vehicle RecordImmigration sponsorship is not available for this rolePreferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in engineering (chemical, mechanical, industrial) or life sciences (biology, chemistry, etc.)Five years of managerial or supervisory experience including multi-site operationsStrong working knowledge of industrial water treatment technologies including RO, heating and cooling, physical and chemical processes, corrosion protection, and biological (anaerobic and aerobic) systemsTerritory/Location Information:
This position will support both the San Jose and Sacramento/Reno marketTargeted accounts are within the Microelectronics spaceOccasional weekend and on-call work to cover emergencies during off hoursAbout Nalco Water:

Annual or Hourly Compensation Range
The total Compensation range for this position is $93,800-$140,600 which includes base pay and target incentive based on performance, per plan terms. Many factors are taken into consideration when determining compensation, such as experience, education, training, geography, etc. We comply with all minimum wage and overtime laws.Benefits
