This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand business needs, configuring the platform, and ensuring its reliability, performance, and scalability. + Develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow modules, including ITSM, ITOM, HR Service Delivery, and others as required. + Ensure compliance with organizational standards and best practices + Work with business analysts, project managers, and stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver solutions + Strong understanding of ITIL processes and their implementation in ServiceNow + Implement integrations with third-party systems using REST/SOAP APIs and other Web Services using secured Authentication + Design and implement automated workflows to streamline business processes. + Document Technical customizations, configurations, and processes + Stay updated on new ServiceNow technologies and features and recommend their adoption to enhance the platform's capabilities + Executing ServiceNow upgrades and service packs, managing system readiness, testing, and controls for new features, enhancements, and fixes **Qualifications You Must Have** + 5+ years’ experience as a ServiceNow developer + 2+ years’ experience in supporting the ServiceNow platform, Debugging Issues, Root cause Analysis and fixing Incidents + Skilled in interacting with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), Stakeholders, Business Analysts and RTX internal customers to develop functional specifications + Experience in JavaScript, Angular JS and Service Portal widget scripting. + Experience in developing and implementing ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, HRSD + Experience in Virtual Agent, Agent Workspace, UI Builder, Platform Analytics is a Plus + Experience with the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) or other Agile software development methodologies **Qualifications We Prefer** + ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) + ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) + ITIL Foundation certification + CIS - ITSM and/or any other products - nice to have This is a hybrid position based out of Bangalore, India _RTX adheres to the principles of equal employment.
