Sr. SEO/SEM Analyst - The Company Store
**Position Purpose:** This role offers a unique opportunity within a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment supported by the resources and stability of a major retailer - The Home Depot - through its acquisition of The Company Store, a 114-year-old, leading online bedding company. The position is responsible for the day-to-day planning and execution of digital marketing initiatives, with a strong focus on SEO and SEM strategies to drive online sales and brand awareness for The Company Store. The individual will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including merchandising, site, and marketing, to successfully launch new products, optimize existing offerings, and execute seasonal campaigns and promotional events. This role demands a strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to implementing marketing programs that directly impact revenue growth and customer engagement. **Key Responsibilities:** + 30% Campaign Planning: Planning and executing marketing plans for organic and paid search. Campaign planning, ongoing optimizations and weekly reporting. Partner with Advertising, Marketing, Merchandising & Operations. + 20% Vendor Management: Manage outside vendors and agencies to ensure execution of programs and tactics on time and within budget. Manage projects and the allotment of money to meet budgetary and segment goals. + 20% Keyword Research: Perform keyword research in coordination with company business objectives to optimize existing content and uncover new opportunities. + 20% Manage Spend: Projecting and tracking Return-on-investment (ROI) and sales for initiatives. + 10% Coordinate Best Practices: Educate organization regarding organic and paid search marketing programs. **Direct Manager/Direct Reports:** + This position reports to the Paid Media Sr. Manager. + This position has 0 direct reports. **Travel Requirements:** + Typically requires overnight travel less than 10% of the time. **Physical Requirements:** + Most of the time is spent sitting in a comfortable position and there is frequent opportunity to move about. On rare occasions there may be a need to move or lift light articles. **Working Conditions:** + Located in a comfortable indoor area.
