Sr. Seller Solutions Manager, Amazon
Are you passionate about managing strategic initiatives in a complex and ambiguous space? Amazon is revolutionizing the vehicle discovery and shopping experience, connecting customers with their ideal vehicle. As a “Sr. Seller Solutions Manager” you will lead complex, product-led initiatives in the Automotive sector. This role will operate at the intersection of Product, Program, Partner Management, and Ops teams, defining the seller experience, aligning SOPs, and creating KPIs and audit mechanisms to measure and improve seller satisfaction.
The ideal candidate is a strong thinker with deep leadership skills, product understanding, capable of translating ambiguous requirements into scalable, customer-centric solutions and processes. You will operate as a single-threaded owner for end-to-end seller satisfaction and performance, ensuring product roadmap, CX initiatives, seller processes, and vendor integrations enable success of Automotive sellers on Amazon.
This role requires high judgement, comfort with ambiguity, and the ability to collaborate with senior leaders, while delivering in a fast-paced environment.

Key job responsibilities
- Own the vision, strategy, and execution of seller experience and benchmarking initiatives across multiple segments in multiple countries.
- Simplify complex seller solutions with innovative approaches that enable scale without compromising seller experience on Amazon.
- Act as the single-threaded owner for seller experience product capabilities, post order SOPs, and customer experience improvement initiatives.
- Define Automotive seller satisfaction and benchmarking KPIs from scratch, and create audit mechanisms to monitor performance.
- Drive cross-functional alignment across Product, Engineering, Legal, Partner management and Business development teams.
- Lead executive-level reviews, writing high-quality narratives, decision documents, and risk assessments
- Anticipate upcoming country launches and guide strategy to address future needs proactively

A day in the life
You will work with Product, Partner Management, Business Development, and customer success teams to define seller solutions initiatives, and convert them into business requirements, prioritized roadmaps, and execution plans. You will regularly brief senior leadership on seller satisfaction, product trade-offs, and investment needs, shaping long-term strategy aligned with business growth. You will create and establish metrics to monitor seller experience, compliance, operational performance, and establish audit and escalations mechanisms as needed. You will leverage your knowledge of the topic to proactively find opportunities to improve customer and seller experience.
