Description Our team owns Alexa's proactive experiences, where we are building cutting-edge solutions powered by LLMs to deliver relevant and timely content (e.g. notifications, suggestions) to Alexa customers. We own a strategic platform that delivers 1 billion notifications to over 80 million Alexa customers every month. The primary focus of these roles is to design and develop LLM-based solutions that can proactively deliver the most relevant and important content to our customers. This involves leveraging advanced natural language processing techniques and machine learning algorithms to understand user preferences, context, and intent. Key job responsibilities As a key member of the engineering team, you will have influence on our product and technology strategy by helping define the product features, refine system architecture, and spearhead best practices that enable a quality product. You will be successfully setting up the architecture foundation for the next phase of the product and beyond. A commitment to teamwork, hustle, and strong communication skills (to both business and technical partners) are absolute requirements. Creating a reliable, scalable, and high-performance service requires exceptional technical expertise, a sound understanding of the fundamentals of Computer Science, and practical experience building large-scale distributed systems. You should enjoy working on complex system software, is customer-centric, and feels strongly about building good software as well as making that software achieve its operational goals.
