Title: Sr. SAP Functional Support Specialist

Key Accountabilities: 

Design, Configure and Enhance Project Systems (SAP PS & PPM) solutions for multiple legal entities in many countriesConsult & develop appropriate solutions for the business process area and ensure the solution is maintainable and upgradable (with minimal productive downtime)Support the interaction of Project Systems with the various areas of SAP ERP (e.g. Finance, MRP, Production Orders)Deliver and maintain scalable, robust, sustainable, and cost-effective technical solutions meeting approved business requirementsControl global development of Change Requests (including approval of Impact Analysis)Identify and deliver initiatives which enable continuous improvement / enhancements of the solution from a functional perspectiveGive the final authorization of transport requests to Quality Assurance and Productive systemFacilitate process standardization from technical perspective including responsibility for solution designAnalyze and create reports and statistics related to projects, service requests and business, any other resource or time related problems / shortages to the ManagementReview and approve technical change documents produced by external consultants and internal employeesReview and approve solution by endorsing Blueprint Solution Document (BSD)Review and Manage completeness of System DocumentationCoordinate implementation projects with external consultantsPromote a safety & compliance culture in area of responsibility, and live the letter and the Rolls-Royce Code of ConductPerform special projects as required

Basic Requirements: 

A Bachelor's Degree or SAP (Project Systems) certification, and 7 years SAP functional support experience; or 11 years SAP functional support experience.20% Travel - international and domestic (short notice)Must be available to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends, when necessary

Preferred Qualifications:

Subject-Matter Expert with hands-on experience in Project Systems and participation in various phases of an implementation.Excellent organizational, planning, and follow up skillsExcellent analytical and problem solving skillsExcellent presentation skillsStrong oral and written communication skillsStrong interpersonal skillsStrong ability to work independently and with othersProficient with PC and MS Office SuiteMultiple lifecycle implementations of SAP SoftwareSAP PS / PPM CertificationExperience with SAP PPMExperience with developing custom code in SAP
