**Responsibilities:** + Author the Technical Design Specification + Contribute to key deployment documentation + Develop custom configuration code without modify standard platform/ base product (if any) + Develop and document regression, as well as use case and unit testing scenarios + Define and monitor compliance with code check in, backup / recovery, and versioning processes + Participate in testing and validation of the integration + Contribute to knowledge transfer process + Manage Envisioning client workshops, User Research (planning, execution and reporting), Personas / Scenarios / Journey Maps, Interaction Flows & Sitemaps, Storyboarding, Wireframes, Prototypes, Usability Testing **Requirement:** + ≥ 3 years of Salesforce relevant experiences as Senior Developer role, must have Salesforce certification \#LI-AL1 Cognizant is an equal opportunity employer.
