Sr. Sales Trainer, Field Enablement Japan

The Trainer is responsible for Executive Foundation and deal coaching, Outcome based Account Management (OBAM) and other WW Sales trainings. Also, the trainer will be responsible for providing AWS’ global Curriculum strategy that incorporates the needs of customers and the business outcomes. This role involves developing programs, working closely with Global teams and project management as well.
- Provide Executive Foundation, OBAM and other Sales trainings as a trainer and a coach
- Work closely with the Client Facing Teams and find out the challenges to achieve the goals and support them through Enablement
- Work closely with the WW & APJ Field Enablement teams to integrate the trainings and customize and deliver based on local needs
- When delivery, manage all the project milestones, create the required communication plans and measure the business impact.
