Sr. Sales Manager / Sales Manager - Power & Renewable Energy
Key Responsibilities

Identify and qualify new opportunities across renewable generation, grid infrastructure, and energy storage projects.​

Build, expand, and maintain deep relationships with utilities, developers, IPPs, EPCs, and investors.​

Promote technical advisory offerings, including feasibility studies, Owner’s Engineering, design review, QA/QC, project management, construction monitoring, and commissioning.​

Lead end-to-end sales activities: proposal strategy, solution shaping, pricing, and commercial negotiations.​

Collaborate with internal technical and operations teams to design differentiated, winning solutions.​

Monitor regulations, funding schemes, and market pipelines to stay ahead of trends in the power and renewable sectors.​

Requirements

Minimum 8 years (Sales Manager) or 12 years (Senior Sales Manager) in technical sales, project development, or engineering services in power or renewables.​

Proven track record selling complex, project-based or engineering solutions.​

Established network with developers, utilities, EPCs, investors, or other renewable energy stakeholders.​

Experience with FEED/BED/DED, EPC execution, commissioning, or grid connection is a strong plus.​

Familiarity with technical studies, compliance frameworks, and lender/financier requirements.​

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a relevant energy-related field preferred.​

Strong business English skills for technical and commercial communication.​
