Otis Elevator Company is seeking a highly motivated Sr. Sales Manager, Business Development to lead a high‑performing team within the Northwest Operating Area (OA). In this role, you will refine existing programs and build new initiatives that accelerate business growth.Your Leadership Impact
Develop and directly manage a business development manager sales structure, recapture specialist program and conversion sales representatives across the region to execute on growth strategy Refine and manage existing recapture & conversion programs, as well as develop and lead new ones to grow our service business through new business opportunities Nurture relationships with existing key customers and consultants and be responsible to help find and develop new ones Partner with WHQ to leverage marketing and sales program offerings to drive sales Manage national account RFPs and strategy Provide support and standardized tools for local RFPs Actively participate in the handoff process to identify gaps in conversion standard work and partner with key stakeholders to implement changes and tools to measure accountability and improvement.Location:
Role is fully remote, with the ability to be based from any Northwest Otis location.Requires 50%–75% travel across the Northwest Operating Area
Education / Certifications
Bachelor’s degree required.5+ years of sales experience preferred.· What you will need to be successful
Proven sales management experience.Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate across all levels of the organization and with customers.Proficiency in MS Office and strong presentation abilities.A highly motivated, goal‑oriented, and entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently.Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize, solve problems, and manage multiple tasks.Creative, proactive, and strategic in approach to selling and customer engagement.Demonstrated sound business judgment and the ability to sell on value—not just price.A collaborative team player committed to delivering results.Preferred Qualifications

The salary range for this role is $140,000-$190,000. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and the range may change in the future. Pay within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, and business or organizational needs.If you live in a city, chances are we will give you a lift or play a role in keeping you moving every day.
