Sr. Sales Comp Analyst (Hybrid)

*This role will be on a hybrid schedule, with the expectation to be onsite at our Portage office 1-2 days/week

The Sr. Compensation Analyst is responsible for leading the design, administration, and analysis of sales compensation programs, ensuring compliance, accuracy, and effectiveness while resolving discrepancies and maintaining up-to-date documentation. The role also leads cross-functional collaboration, data analysis, and supporting ad hoc projects to optimize reporting, processes, and incentive outcomes. 

What you will do:

Enhance processes, metrics, and responsibilities to improve efficiency, accuracy, and sales growth Leads the design, analysis and administration of sales compensation programs Works closely with Sales, Sales Operations, Finance, and HR/Legal teams to ensure accurate incentive plan administration, compliance, and results Compiles, calculates and processes commission and incentive pay for the business sales organization Develop, maintain, and update systems and processes critical to the reporting and tracking of compensation metrics Lead the review and analysis of sales compensation data and summarizes findings for management Perform research and analysis to identify and resolve compensation discrepancies related to various financial and/or business partner data Act as a subject matter expert on company sales commission and incentive policies Lead Cross-functional collaboration to refine and enhance sales compensation processes Ensure plan documents, business rules and other documentation are updated with latest compensation rules and guidelines Implement compensation plan documents and sales incentive training programs Monitor sales compensation programs outcomes, ensuring adherence of participants and the effectiveness of plans Lead ad hoc projects and reports requested by sales management and corporate leadership including, but not limited to: quarterly projection files, financial accruals, compensation metrics and trends, etc 

What you need:

Bachelor's degree required2+ years of relevant experience required

Preferred:

Prefer advanced experience using MS Office Suite, specifically ExcelExperience using Callidus, Power BI preferredDemonstrated ability to perform thorough, quantitative, and qualitative analyses using applicable technology toolsSelf-motivated with the ability to multitask and work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
