As **Sr. Sales Administration Coordinator** , you will play a key role in supporting the General Manager CRM, Nordics & Baltics, and the wider team. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality administrative, compliance, event, and marketing support. This role requires both independent initiative and strong collaboration skills to help drive revenue growth, account engagement, and operational excellence across the division. **Roles & Responsibilities** + Assist the General Manager and team with projects, including planning and coordinating customer meetings and travel. + Support the sales team in organizing trade shows, conferences, and events, including logistics, booth setup, and promotional materials. + Manage invitations and practical arrangements for events and educational activities, acting as a key contact for sales staff and customers. + Ensure all events and initiatives comply with internal and external policies and are properly approved. + Prepare written and digital materials such as reports, presentations, brochures, newsletters, and event announcements in collaboration with EMEA MarCom. + Coordinate marketing projects including printed and digital campaigns. + Build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders in branding, compliance, travel, and legal. + Manage vendor bids and requests for proposals. + Organize internal and external travel arrangements efficiently and cost-effectively. + Support onboarding of new employees and coordinate internal employee activities. + Handle logistics for customer events, including registration and travel. + Manage contracts such as professional service agreements and grants, including payment follow-up. + Coordinate Nordic team logistics for congresses (e.g., hotel bookings). + Respond proactively to internal and external requests and issues. + Ensure adherence to all relevant policies and procedures. + Support the Field Action Team when needed, in accordance with applicable SOPs. **Your Profile** + Excellent organizational planning and time management skills + Strong team player with effective facilitation and collaboration skills + Active listener with constructive communication style + Results-driven with a sense of urgency and persistence + Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks independently + Self-motivated and proactive in initiating and implementing projects + Fluent in English (written and verbal); knowledge of a Nordic or Baltic language is an advantage **What Can We Offer You?** Abbott provides a varied, challenging, and international position in a dynamic and supportive working environment.
