Summary: Seeking a Senior Roadway Engineer to lead and expand transportation projects and operations in Florida.

Requirements:

BS/MS in Civil or Transportation Engineering PE License (FL) Minimum 10 years of roadway design experience Proficient with Bentley software (knowledge of ORD preferred) Proficient with MS Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Preferred Skills:

Demonstrated project management experience

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement operational plans for market growth Track monthly progress toward business goals Direct Orlando transportation operations including workload management Collaborate on staffing strategies and execute new opportunities Apply project plans ensuring quality, budget, and schedule adherence Contribute to marketing and business development strategies Mentor and recruit top engineering talent in Orlando Lead all phases of roadway design projects including planning and execution

Pay Details: $170,000.00 to $200,000.00 per year
