Sr. Revenue Analyst
Description We are looking for a Sr. Revenue Analyst to join our team in Nashville, Tennessee. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in analyzing and managing revenue-related data, ensuring accuracy, and supporting strategic financial decisions. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and collaborate effectively with stakeholders to drive organizational success. Responsibilities: • Analyze provider care revenue recognition processes to ensure compliance and accuracy. • Utilize advanced financial tools, including Microsoft Excel and Power BI, to generate insightful reports and forecasts. • Work with healthcare data such as provider billing information, Medicare reimbursement schedules, claims data, and electronic medical records. • Collaborate with Practice leadership to align financial strategies with organizational goals. • Provide assistance to multiple departments by contributing to ad hoc projects and cross-functional initiatives. • Take ownership of projects, demonstrating autonomy and strong discipline in a dynamic and growth-driven setting. • Apply data mining techniques and CRM tools to streamline revenue processes and improve decision-making. • Audit and maintain billing functions to enhance operational efficiency and accuracy. • Implement budget processes and oversee claim administration to support financial planning. Requirements • In-depth knowledge of provider care revenue recognition. • Minimum of two to four years of experience in finance or accounting. • Proficient in financial analysis and advanced computer skills, particularly with Microsoft Excel and Power BI. • Experience handling healthcare-related data, including provider billing, Medicare reimbursement, and electronic medical records. • Ability to collaborate effectively with leadership to achieve desired outcomes. • Strong team-player mentality, with a willingness to support various departments on diverse projects. • Proven initiative and ability to manage projects independently while maintaining discipline in a fast-paced environment. • Familiarity with accounting software systems, CRM tools, and data mining techniques.
