Sr. Research Program Coordinator II - #Staff
We are seeking a **_Sr. Research Program Coordinator I_** **_I_** with excellent communication and organizational skills to coordinate the implementation and evaluation of randomized control trial with multiple follow-up surveys, and observational components, qualitative and quantitative data analysis, and grants development for next steps, along with supporting staff who support a larger adolescent-focused research portfolio. **Specific Duties & Responsibilities** + Oversee research protocols and programming. + Collaborate and communicate with principal investigator on research protocols and programming, including IRB and regulatory issues. + Tracking of study visits and completion of study activities. + Oversight remuneration and remuneration tracking. + Conduct qualitative and quantitative data analysis. + Guide continuous quality improvement initiatives as part of study implementation and monitoring. + Participate in study meetings. + Contribute to presentations, manuscripts, and reports. + Maintain standard operating procedure manual; onboard and train new study team members. + Other duties as assigned. **Minimum Qualifications** + Bachelor's Degree in related discipline. + Five years related experience. **Preferred Qualifications** + Master’s Degree in related discipline. + Proficient in Excel, RedCap, Qualtrics, engageSpark, or comparable programs. + Experience with behavioral clinical trial procedures. + Prior experience working with fathers or men as part of public health practice with socially disadvantaged population.
