Job Description

The Sr. Representative, Talent Sourcing, plays a critical role in ensuring that staffing requirements are met by identifying, attracting, and onboarding top talent to efficiently and effectively meet dynamic business needs. This position involves representing the company at various events and managing internal programs aimed at talent acquisition.

Main Responsibilities:

Represent the company at fairs and events, acting as an ambassador to attract potential talent. Drive our internal referral program to leverage existing talent networks. Support the generation of local content to enhance the company’s visibility and attractiveness as an employer. Prepare reports and track area indicators, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

Required Skills:

Educational Background: Associate's Degree in a related field is preferred, with less than one year of relevant experience.Communication: Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential.Multitasking Ability: Ability to multi-task and meet timelines on deliverables; work effectively in a high-velocity environment.Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office.Confidentiality: Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and tact.Office Practice: Knowledge of general office practices and business etiquette.Independence: Ability to follow through on work assignments with limited supervision.

This role requires an individual who is proactive, resourceful, and capable of working independently while contributing to team goals.
