The Sr. Representative, Talent Acquisition, is responsible for contributing to the recruitment process by coordinating candidate interviews for various requested roles to ensure that the organization's staffing needs are met. This role requires attention to detail, effective communication, and a thorough understanding of recruitment processes.Main Responsibilities:
Job Posting Management: Publish job profiles and employment conditions on various job portals to ensure a steady flow of qualified applicants required by the company. Candidate Screening: Review candidate profiles for various vacancies, considering the specific requirements assigned by clients to ensure successful selection and onboarding of personnel. Interview Scheduling: Coordinate interviews for candidates applying to company vacancies via multiple communication platforms to ensure all steps of the selection process are completed. Recruitment Events: Participate in job fairs and mass recruitment offers to enhance the effectiveness of talent attraction processes. Reporting: Create daily management and performance reports based on activities to ensure recruitment sources are effective and team performance is optimized. ATS Management: Facilitate area processes by managing ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) to ensure data maintenance and integrity.
Required Skills:
Educational Background: Associate's Degree in a related field is preferred, with less than one year of relevant experience.Communication: Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential.Multitasking Ability: Ability to multi-task and meet timelines on deliverables; work effectively in a high-velocity environment.Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office.Confidentiality: Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and tact.Office Practice: Knowledge of general office practices and business etiquette.Independence: Ability to follow through on work assignments with limited supervision.This position requires a proactive individual with excellent organizational and communication skills, capable of working in a fast-paced environment to meet the dynamic needs of the organization.
