The Associate, Accounts Payable, is responsible for invoice processing and payments of Telecom Facility at a global level. Perform accounts reconciliation, troubleshooting and Analyze discrepancies. Trace transactions, Validation of the vendors' invoices, verify of internal codes etc.

What you will do in this role

The Following tasks may be performed with an emphasis on General accounting, accounts payable.

Examine, code, verify, reconciliation of various kind of transactions, listings vouchers, invoices, and reports.Assign prescribed accounting distribution codes, Post registers or subsidiary ledgers.Strong knowledge of accounting modules, concepts, and analysis of accounting sheetsPreparing, adjusting, and closing journal entries, analyse and verify internal consistency, completeness, and mathematical accuracy of accounts documents.Maintain aspects of SAGE, Workday financial module, proficiency of MS Office application such as MS Excel and word.

Concentrix is a great match if you:

Bachelor’s degree in commerce (B.Com) or Business Administration (BBA), or equivalent qualification.At least 1 year of experience in accountancy roles, with a focus on Accounts Payable (AP).Well versed with the accounting concepts of AP/AR and reconciliation.Advanced skills in MS Office applications, particularly MS Excel and Word.Languages required (both are mandatory on the stated level): Portuguese C2 (bilingual/native) & English B2 or above (very good/fluent)

                                             

It will be a plus if you:

Experience with SAGE and Workday financial modules.
