**Job Description** We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sr. Recruiter to support high-volume recruitment within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role focuses on full life cycle recruitment for mid-level positions and will require a confident, operation-driven individual who can effectively manage hiring manager relationships and drive the process forward. This is a virtual, W2 contract role, supporting normal business hours in the eastern time zone. **Key Responsibilities:** + Own the full life cycle recruitment process. + Focus on recruiting for mid-level roles such as Production Supervisors, Quality Managers, Warehouse Coordinators, and Specialists in a manufacturing setting. + Develop and execute strong sourcing strategies using job boards, professional networks, pipeline re-engagement, and proactive outreach to attract top talent. + Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and drive recruitment strategies. + Work independently and efficiently in a high-volume, fast-paced environment. + Maintain accurate candidate and requisition data using Workday ATS. **Qualifications:** + 3+ years of recruiting experience, with a strong background in manufacturing or operations-focused environments. + Proven success filling associate to mid-level leadership roles. + Confident, detail-oriented, and self-sufficient with excellent organizational and time management skills. + Skilled in building trust and managing up with challenging or fast-moving hiring teams. + Comfortable working remotely and supporting East Coast business hours. **About Talent Solutions** Talent Solutions combines our leading global offerings RPO, TAPFIN-MSP and Right Management to provide end-to-end, data-driven capabilities across the talent lifecycle.
