This position is responsible for driving compliance with aerospace industry standards (AS9100, FAA, NADCAP), leading continuous improvement initiatives, managing customer and regulatory requirements, and supporting supplier quality. The Sr. QE will also mentor quality inspectors, junior engineers and support cross-functional teams to ensure product conformance and process excellence. **This position will be located onsite in San Marcos, TX. The salary range for this role is 82,000 USD - 164,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
