ADP is hiring a Senior QA Engineer

In this role, you will work with the development team to gather details on features we want to develop and use that information to build and execute product testing for ADP's cloud-based Human Resource solutions to determine customer usability before deployment. This role is critical to making sure we deploy usable products.

Your role requires you to advocate for necessary changes to improve the end-user experience of our payroll products. You'll work within an agile team using test automation frameworks (such as Selenium) and  cloud based Micro Services test automations to create test scenarios before integrating different systems.

To thrive in this role, you'll need to be curious, persistent, and at times persuasive. You'll need to be familiar with other HCM or payroll products. You will own the releases with your product features and be responsible for building out the test plans, writing test cases, executing test cases, identifying problems, and solving them along with team. TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE:

You'll have a Bachelor's degree OR equivalent.

Besides the proven experience and technical products mentioned above and working in an Agile environment, following will give you extra comfort in the role:

5+ years Manual testing experience

Automated testing

Selenium experience

Microservices

AWS Cloud
