The Project Management Excellence department is responsible for the development and deployment of manufacturing automation & digital solutions to maximize the operational efficiency of our factory and program customers. The core responsibilities of this role are to lead cross-functional teams in development and improvement of automation and infrastructure that supports factory operations – sensors, machine integration, custom software applications, commercial software platforms.** **What You Will Do** **Directly manage high-impact, cross-functional projects** **Develop and implement strategic project management plans** **Expected to Travel up to 20% of the time** **What You Will Learn** **Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with stakeholders, including customers, executives, and development teams.** **Skill in negotiating trade-offs and priorities between competing demands.** **Decision-Making: Making informed decisions under pressure and with limited information.** **Financial Management: Gaining expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.** **Qualifications You Must Have** **Typically requires a** **Bachelor’s in engineering or business-related field (STEM preferred)with 5+ years relevant professional experience** **or appliable MS degree with 3 years exp.** **Project Mgmt experience** **, including the ability to develop project plans, scheduling, manage R&Os, and lead cross-functional teams to successful project completion.** **Experience developing business cases and Return on Investment (ROI) analyses** **The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
