Sr. Project Manager
**Description** **The Best Teams are Created and Maintained Here.** **Job Summary** + The Senior Project Manager possesses extensive field experience and manages and builds large-scale commercial landscape site development projects from inception through completion. **Duties and Responsibilities:** + Uncover customers’ “points of pain” and develop solutions + Effectively build and maintain trust-based professional relationships + Work at a fast pace and operate with a high sense of urgency + Work well with the operations team members and leverage their expertise + Work with the construction team to ensure that all services are delivered according to contract specifications, on budget, according to schedule, and with a high standard of quality + Manage cost reports, analyze budget variances, and recommend strategies to lower project costs; review labor quantities and phases to facilitate accurate project tracking + Ensure timely and accurate monthly job billings + Assist in the preparation of change orders and coordinate receivables and collections with the office administrative management team + Serve as the main point of contact and trusted advisor to the customer on project installation issues. + Gather and analyze customer needs and interests; build strong business relationships and provide solutions to challenges + Provide customers with clear and easy-to-understand information about our high-quality products and services. + Ensure that all jobs are completed according to plans, are within budget, and are completed according to deadlines + Deliver timely and accurate reports, financials, schedules, and budgets regularly + Inspect all field work, analyzing and resolving problems + Manage labor force & subcontractors to ensure labor budgets are on track + Maintain accurate daily and weekly Foremen and Superintendent activity logs; update production tracking reports and generate other related reports as needed + Dispatch labor and equipment to job sites + Manage equipment utilization on projects, equipment storage, and maintenance + Ensure that services are delivered according to contract specifications & drawings, are within budget, and on schedule + Represent the company, interface, and build relationships with owners, clients, architects, general contractors, and subcontractors + Manage tools and equipment delivery, storage, operation, and maintenance + Ensure that the branch operates safely and efficiently at all times + Communicate company goals to management and employees + Ensure that employees are both results-oriented and operating as a team + Demonstrate role model behaviors on ethics and integrity as well as positively promote the Company culture, regarding safety, quality, and customer service **Education and Experience:** + Bachelor's degree in Landscape Architecture, Construction Science, or Construction Management preferred + Minimum of 10 years of experience in the construction/landscaping industry with extensive field/build experience + Proficiency with computer software programs, including MS Office suite (Word, Excel, and Outlook) + Strong work ethic + Effective oral and written communication skills + Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment + Customer service experience + Driven, disciplined, and focused **Physical Demands/Requirements:** + Constant operation of a computer and other office equipment, such as a laptop, a cell phone, and printers/copiers + Ability to physically perform the basic life operational functions of walking, standing, and kneeling. **Work Environment:** + Work in an indoor office and also outdoors during site walkthroughs and site supervision duties. **_BrightView Landscapes, LLC is an Equal Opportunity and E-Verify Employer._** **_This job description is subject to change at any time._** **Compensation Pay Range:** $120,000 to $150,000 **_BrightView offers a suite or health, wellness, and financial benefits to full-time team members.
