Summarized Purpose:

We have an exciting opportunity for a dynamic and experienced Project Manager to join our ASD Division.

The Sr. Manager ASD Construction & Engineering will be responsible for leading and implementing design, build & construction Projects for the CRG ASD organization in North America. ASD is the Analytical Services Division of CRG.

The postholder should possess strong leadership skills, exceptional communication abilities, and a proven track record in managing complex projects preferably within a healthcare or other highly regulated environment. *This is a fully remote position, however, candidates should expect 25-50% travel in this role.*

Essential Functions:

Strategy, Project Planning and Execution: Developing strategy & project plans, timelines, and budgets, and then managing the execution of those plans. Resource Management:Allocating and managing resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials, to ensure efficient project execution. Cost Management: Track and management project budgets, monitor financial performance and deliver accurate reporting to senior management.Stakeholder Communication: Maintaining regular communication with business leaders, team members, and other stakeholders to provide updates, address concerns, and ensure alignment on project goals.Risk Management: Identifying potential risks and developing mitigation strategies to minimize their impact on project timelines and deliverables. Quality Assurance: Ensuring that all laboratory contruction work is conducted in accordance with relevant quality standards and regulatory requirements and ensures compliance with all internal/external EH&S Regulations and codes.Supports EHS targets such as zero-emission, sustainability etc.Performance Monitoring: Tracking project progress against defined milestones and taking corrective actions as needed to stay on schedule and within budget.Team Leadership: Providing guidance and support to team members, fostering an inclusive environment. Leads ASD North American initiatives, such as zero-emission, sustainability and practical process improvements (PPI) projects.

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field and preference for MS Project managementMinimum 5-7 years’ experience in Project Management in a similar highly regulated industry, prefer commercial laboratory environmentExcellent leadership/coaching skills; continuous improvement mindset; agile and flexible.Ability to work under pressure and coordinate numerous activities with a multi-disciplinary team who need to communicate and cooperate to achieve success.Excellent written and oral communication skills.Outstanding leadership skills with a proven record of successfully leading multi-faceted cross-functional teams.Experience managing complex projects across multiply states.

Salary Transparency:

The salary range estimated for this position is $120,000 - $140,000. This position will also be eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on company, team, and/or individual performance results in accordance with company policy. Actual compensation will be confirmed in writing at the time of offer.
