Sr. Project Manager

Summary: Seeking a Senior Project Manager with extensive experience in healthcare facility construction and deep knowledge of NYC regulations to oversee capital projects for urgent care clinics.

Requirements:

10+ years of Project Management experience in healthcare or medical facility construction

Recent experience on the owner's side

Strong understanding of NYC construction regulations and permitting

Ability to manage multiple fast-paced projects simultaneously

Proficiency in PM tools such as MS Project, Procore, Bluebeam

Preferred Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or related field

Responsibilities:

Manage renovation, expansion, and ground-up construction projects for medical facilities

Oversee all phases of the project lifecycle from planning to closeout

Coordinate consultants, architects, engineers, and contractors for project compliance

Conduct site visits to monitor progress, safety, and quality standards

Facilitate communication across internal departments

Review and manage contracts, change orders, RFI responses, submittals, and pay applications

Navigate NYC-specific building codes and healthcare compliance regulations

Pay: 58-78

Pay Details: $58.00 to $78.00 per hour
