Your New Role: 


The Sr. Project Manager will play a pivotal role in supporting the transformation initiatives within the organization. This position is based in Mexico City and is responsible for providing project management and technical application support across a diverse range of transformation projects. The role is crucial for ensuring the seamless operation of transformation systems, managing incidents, and driving enhancements and projects that align with organizational objectives. 

 

As a key contributor to the transformation team, the Sr. Project Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the effective management and support of transformation projects. The focus will be on project management, technical support, and continuous improvement of transformation systems and processes. 

Key responsibilities include managing transformation projects, providing technical support for incidents and enhancements, and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of transformation initiatives. This role requires a detail-oriented professional with a strong background in project management and technical application support.

Your Role Accountabilities: 

PROJECT MANAGEMENT & COORDINATION (30%) 

Lead and manage projects related to transformation initiatives, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with organizational goals. 

Develop project plans, timelines, and resource allocation to effectively manage transformation initiatives. 

Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project objectives are met and deliverables are achieved. 

Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions as necessary to address any deviations from the plan. 

Ensure compliance with project management methodologies and best practices. 

 

TECHNICAL APPLICATION SUPPORT (25%) 

Provide technical support for incidents and enhancements across various transformation systems. 

Troubleshoot and resolve application issues, ensuring minimal disruption to transformation operations. 

Collaborate with IT teams to implement system updates, patches, and enhancements. 

Maintain documentation of technical processes and support procedures for transformation systems. 

Ensure the security and integrity of transformation systems and data. 

 

STAKEHOLDER ENGAGEMENT (25%) 

Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including transformation teams, IT, and business units. 

Facilitate communication and collaboration between stakeholders to ensure alignment on transformation initiatives. 

Act as a liaison between technical teams and business users to translate requirements and ensure successful implementation of transformation projects. 

Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project progress and outcomes. 

Manage stakeholder expectations and address any concerns or issues. 

 

CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT (20%) 

Identify opportunities for process improvements and system enhancements within transformation systems. 

Lead initiatives to streamline workflows and enhance the efficiency of transformation operations. 

Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation in transformation project management. 

Implement best practices and lessons learned from previous projects to improve future project outcomes. 

Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the transformation team

Qualifications & Experiences: 

5 + years of experience in project management and technical application support, preferably within transformation or related fields. 

Proven track record of managing projects and providing technical support for enterprise applications. 

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues. 

Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. 

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. 

Not Required but preferred experience: 

Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent. 

Experience with transformation systems and platforms. 

Familiarity with the media and entertainment industries or experience in a global organization
