The RoleWe are looking for a Project Manager with a passion for innovation and a strong foundation in Agile methodologies to lead New Product Development (NPD) initiatives. This role will drive cross-functional collaboration, manage project execution from concept to launch, and help shape the future of our product portfolio. A key part of this role involves direct interaction with customers to gather requirements, provide updates, and ensure alignment throughout the development process.
Key ResponsibilitiesLead cross-functional teams through the full product development lifecycle, from ideation to commercialization.Apply Agile principles (e.g., Scrum, Kanban) within a hybrid project management framework to deliver high-quality products on time and within scope.Facilitate Agile ceremonies and ensure team alignment on goals, deliverables, and timelines.Collaborate with engineering, product management, manufacturing, and quality teams to ensure seamless execution.Serve as the primary point of contact for customers during project execution—gathering requirements, managing expectations, and providing regular updates.Identify and mitigate risks, manage dependencies, and resolve roadblocks proactively.Communicate project status, milestones, and risks to stakeholders and leadership.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in engineering, physics, chemistry, or similar field.5+ years of project management experience, including 2+ years in Agile or hybrid environments.Proven success managing complex technical projects, preferably in a regulated or industrial setting.Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, MS Project).Preferred QualificationsPMP, CSM, SAFe or other related certifications.Experience in nuclear, aerospace, or other regulated capital-intensive industry.Work in a way that works for you
