Compensation Overview

The annual base salary range provided for this position is a nationwide market range and represents a broad range of salaries for this role across the country. The actual salary for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role; the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment. As part of our comprehensive compensation and benefits program, employees are also eligible for performance-based cash incentive awards.

Salary Range$123,000.00 - $203,000.00

What Is the Opportunity?Reporting to the Corporate Technology VP, Strategy & Execution,
this person will be accountable for the management and
implementation of various major initiatives including components of
the Payments & Billing Transformation. This person will drive to
desired outcomes with robust planning and execution monitoring,
prioritization, risk management, and issue resolution. The Sr.
Project Director will direct cross-functional resources to accomplish
transformational program goals, including the execution of an
organization change management plan. This role requires tight
coordination with multiple Business & Technology partners. Applicants must be authorized to work for ANY employer in the US.  The company does not sponsor/support H-1B petitions, TN, or Forms I-983/STEM OPT, this this role.What Will You Do?The Sr. Project Director controls planning and execution of the Projects' or Program's activities and resources to ensure that established cost, time, and quality goals are met.The Sr. Project Director works with minimal supervision and is responsible for applying advanced Project Management knowledge, skills, tools and techniques to Project deliverables, processes, and systems in order to meet or exceed stakeholder needs and expectations.The Sr. Project Director operates within defined parameters using a proven Project Management Methodology with flexibility to merge different methodologies in accomplishing collective goals.Serve as day-to-day point of contact for initiatives, establishing overall process, mechanics and protocols to be followed by all team members.Accountable for ensuring all work within scope of accountabilities is accounted for, planned and executed across the entire program.Help manage the pace and momentum of the initiatives, advocating for timely decisions on key issues and assigning accountability for action items and deadlines.Continuously provide focus and direction on priority activities and proactively escalate challenges and concerns that put delivery at risk.Be directly involved in major issues, managing dependencies and identifying issues, and then coordinating and communicating resolutions to all involved.Responsible for integrated plan development and management, program level status, integrated risk and issue management.Develop and execute people adoption and business readiness activities in support of large-scale change events.Strong focus on risk management across all channels, all releases, all components.Conduct risk assessment sessions with program team to identify and quantify risks, develop mitigation activities and plans.Communicate risk profile to program stakeholders.Recommend changes or modifications to plans based on risk profile.Track progress on risk mitigation activities and escalate as appropriate.Perform other duties as assigned.What Will Our Ideal Candidate Have?Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.9 years of project management experience preferred.3 years of experience managing others and/or project teams preferred.Manages team development, very active in the mentoring of members of the PM community, may have direct management responsibility of PMs.Charged with mid-Project recovery of at risk Projects.Recommends rescoping, postponement, or cancellation as needed.Provides substantive feedback to organizational learnings regarding improving Project Management execution.

What is a Must Have?High School diploma or equivalent required.5 years of project management experience required.
