Join JLL's elite JBS PDS (Project Delivery Services) team as a Project Coordinator - Construction Project Management Support and become an essential support specialist assisting our Project Managers in delivering exceptional commercial real estate construction projects. This is your opportunity to provide dedicated project coordination, comprehensive administrative support, and reliable assistance across construction initiatives throughout our global operations.
Construction Project Administrative Support
Provide comprehensive administrative assistance to Project Managers across all construction project phasesSupport construction schedule organization, milestone tracking, and basic project coordination activitiesAssist with construction budget tracking and basic financial coordination throughout project lifecyclesHelp coordinate internal project meetings and construction progress activitiesDocumentation & File Management
Maintain organized construction project documentation including permits, inspections, and project filesAssist with construction drawing organization, specification filing, and document management systemsSupport construction project reporting, progress documentation, and deliverable organizationEnsure systematic documentation workflows and organized project record keepingInternal Coordination & Communication
Facilitate coordination between Project Managers and internal construction support teamsAssist with internal team communication, meeting scheduling, and administrative workflowSupport construction process coordination and help maintain team communication channelsProvide organized project information and documentation support to Project ManagersKey Qualifications
Education & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, Business Administration, or related field2-4 years experience in construction support, project coordination, or administrative assistance roles1-2 years experience supporting construction projects or construction administrative functionsBackground in construction industry, real estate, or project support coordination preferredTechnical Skills
Project Management Tools: Basic proficiency in AdaptiveWork, Ingenious, Microsoft Project, SmartsheetConstruction Management Systems: Basic navigation of Procore, PlanGrid for documentation supportDocument Management: Proficient in SharePoint, Teams, and construction document management systemsOffice Applications: Advanced Microsoft Office Suite for project documentation and reportingCore Competencies
