Sr. Project Controls Specialist

We're seeking a highly organized and detail-driven Sr. Project Controls Specialist to join our team supporting the Phase 2 program in partnership with the LCPA. This role will be based 100% onsite at our client’s facility in Fort Myers, FL, and will play a vital part in the success of this high-profile infrastructure program. As a Sr. Project Controls Specialist, your contributions will include: * Entering and managing project data within Procore Project Management Information System, ensuring timely and accurate processing * Supporting Jacobs and LCPA Phase 2 activities including project oversight, documentation, and reporting * Maintaining comprehensive records of project data and documents in Procore * Tracking and organizing all project correspondence, including RFIs and submittals, while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams * Monitoring design changes and making sure construction teams have the latest drawings and specs * Assisting the LCPA Project Manager with project controls efforts when needed * Partnering with the Jacobs Program Director to produce the monthly Phase 2 status report What you should have: * A bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Civil, or related field) * A minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in project management and controls * Proficiency in Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project scheduling software * Experience with project management tools and cost estimating * Strong communication, coordination, and documentation skills * Commitment to working fully onsite at our Fort Myers location Jacobs is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
