Job Description -We are seeking a highly experienced and detail-oriented Senior Program Scheduler / Controls Analyst to lead scheduling and program control efforts across complex, multi-disciplinary projects. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker with deep expertise in Earned Value Management (EVM), scheduling tools, and Agile delivery environments. -Develop, maintain, and analyze integrated master schedules using tools such as MS Project, Primavera, or equivalent. -Lead Earned Value Management (EVM) reporting, including CPI, SPI, EAC, VAC, and other performance metrics. -Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between schedule, cost, and scope. -Support Agile and hybrid program delivery models, adapting scheduling practices to fit iterative workflows. -Engage with stakeholders at all levels to communicate project status, risks, and mitigation strategies. -Provide strategic insights and recommendations to improve program performance and delivery outcomes.
