If **Sr. Program Manager – Responsible AI Governance** sounds like something you would be interested in, and you meet the qualifications listed below, apply now!  **Responsibilities for a Sr. Program Manager – Responsible AI Governance include but are not limited to:** ** ** + Lead and improve governance processes including AI inventory management, risk assessments, and review board operations + Manage the intake and tracking of AI use cases across the enterprise, ensuring timely, risk-aligned reviews + Draft and maintain governance documentation (process maps, SOPs, audit artifacts) + Support automation efforts to streamline workflows and tool implementation + Collaborate with Legal, Compliance, and Technology teams to ensure regulatory and policy alignment (e.g., EU AI Act) + Coordinate communications and training for stakeholders across the organization + Develop dashboards and metrics to monitor governance effectiveness + Represent the Responsible AI (RAI) program in internal risk and compliance forums **Candidates for Sr. Program Manager – Responsible AI Governance must meet the following requirements to be considered:** ** ** + Bachelor’s degree in Public Policy, Business, Technology, or a related field + 5+ years of experience in program/project management (compliance, risk, or governance preferred) + Strong communication and writing skills, with ability to simplify complex concepts + Familiarity with AI/ML technologies, data governance, or digital health innovation + Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, and project management tools **Preferred Qualifications:** + Experience in healthcare, life sciences, or regulated industries + Familiarity with AI governance frameworks (e.g., NIST AI RMF, EU AI Act) + Experience supporting audits or regulatory compliance + PMP or equivalent project management certification + Experience managing cross-functional or global teams **What’s in this Sr. Program Manager position for you?** + **Pay:** $52.17–$70.90/hour (commensurate with experience) + **Shift:** Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM + Weekly Paycheck + Temp-to-hire opportunity + 100% Remote position + Access to Adecco’s Aspire Academy with thousands of free upskilling courses + Work with a global leader in ethical AI and healthcare innovation **Pay Details:** $52.17 to $70.90 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
