Schedule: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM | Every Other Weekend & Block Holiday Rotation

Job Summary
As a Senior Professional Staff Nurse, you’ll be a vital member of our care team, setting the standard for excellence in patient care. You’ll lead with compassion, collaborate across disciplines, and advocate for your patients and peers.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver holistic, relationship-based care tailored to each patient
Communicate effectively with patients, families, and the care team
Identify and act on opportunities to improve care quality and safety
Serve as a mentor, preceptor, and leader within the unit
Participate in shared governance and hospital-wide initiatives
