This role offers a unique opportunity to work alongside experienced surgical techs and CRNAs, providing safe and efficient care as a circulator in the OR. Clinical Leadership & Expertise

Serves as a role model in professional nursing practice through clinical expertise, teaching, and evidence-based care. Leads and participates in unit and hospital-wide teams to drive quality improvement and innovation in patient care. Demonstrates advanced clinical assessment and critical thinking within the framework of Relationship-Based Care.

Patient-Centered Care

Applies the nursing process to develop holistic, individualized care plans in partnership with patients. Communicates effectively with the healthcare team, translating patient conditions and advocating for care improvements. Ensures comprehensive documentation that enhances caregiver communication and continuity of care.

Professional Development & Teaching

Passionately mentors students, graduate nurses, and new hires; identifies learning opportunities to improve practice. Promotes continuous learning by sharing research, leading journal clubs, and presenting educational content.

Quality & Evidence-Based Practice

Identifies and leads initiatives to improve clinical quality and workplace culture. Integrates evidence-based practice into daily care and supports innovations that enhance patient safety and satisfaction.
