Skills and Requirements Proven experience as a Business Analyst in managed care or healthcare environments. Strong understanding of prior authorization, TPA liability, and Medicaid processes. Ability to evaluate complex change requests and communicate findings effectively. Familiarity with system development life cycle (SDLC) methodologies. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
