Summary: Seeking a Senior Production Builder for specialized electromechanical assembly, testing, and inspection within the Aerospace and Defense industries.

Requirements:

Must be a US Citizen or Green Card holder

Ability to interpret blueprints with minimal guidance

Proficiency in sequential manufacturing build steps and quality validation

Expertise in Level 2 package builds

Knowledgeable in resistance welding setup and electrode selection

Skilled in TIG welding, including tooling and weld parameter definition

Experience with pneumatic & hydraulic press setup and operation

Competent with production lathe setup and use

Familiarity with electrical testing procedures

Preferred Skills:

Subject Matter Expert in build operations

Ability to guide operators on setup and quality requirements

Experience collaborating with Team Leaders & Engineers to identify nonconformances

Responsibilities:

Assembly/test/inspection of custom and catalog offerings of sealed switches

Provide guidance to less experienced team members

Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives

Read, comprehend, communicate instructions verbally

Maintain consistent attendance, work assigned shifts, including required overtime

 

 

 

 

Pay Details: $18.00 to $22.00 per hour
