Sr. Product Marketing Manager, NASM Tech & AI Marketing
North America Stores Marketing helps customers discover and engage with new, popular and relevant products across categories. We do this by combining technology, science, innovation, merchandising and creativity to build new customer-facing features and experiences alongside advanced tools for marketers.

We are seeking a motivated, entrepreneurial, creative and curious Sr. Product Marketing Manager, GenAI & Personalization to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for partnering closely with our Tech and Creative partners to manage the development and experiment roadmap of AI-generated recommendation models to improve the personalized content shown to customers. In addition to collaborating with Tech and Creative stakeholders, you will also partner cross-functionally with other Marketers to onboard new GenAI tools, conduct feedback loops between Marketers and Tech and create experimentation requirements by defining key KPIs.



Key job responsibilities
- Partner with Engineering, Product, and Science to co-develop roadmap for our personalized recommendation models
- Influence our Tech partners on the development of new AI-powered tools to ensure customer-first approach is top of mind
- Own experimentation roadmap to test new AI-powered recommendation models and logic
- Run experiments and/or secure partnership with relevant Marketers to conduct experiments.
- Develop formalized feedback loops to share Marketer feedback with Tech and Creative stakeholders to improve AI capabilities
- Understand marketing tasks and best practices to share back with Tech partners to help guide tech roadmap and 3YP

A day in the life
The Tech and GenAI Marketing team partners directly with our Engineering, Science, Product, and Creative teams on co-developing roadmaps. A day in the life will include identifying new experiments to launch that will improve our personalization and recommendation models to ultimately bar-raise the customer-facing content on critical channels like Amazon.com's Homepage, Email, and Push.
