Sr. Product Manager

create, evangelize and execute the Philips innovation strategy and roadmap in China. **You are responsible for**
·Collect business requirements from Philips's businesses and Market team, Innovation Architecture team and analyze these requirements in the context of Philips strategy, market competition, and trends across segments/technologies
·Co-define and drive the execution of the Philips Innovation Center (PIC) strategy and own the roadmap with respect to vision and business features (the “why” and “what”)
·Lead the PIC innovation roadmap publishing and communication to (potential) adopters and stakeholders
·Ensure roadmap runway meets the PIC Roadmap Key Performance Indicators - KPIs (portfolio approval and quarterly targets)
·Define the value proposition, business case as well as the pricing, roll-out and deployment model for an individual and integrated PIC products based on innovation
·Analyze and forecast adoption opportunities, including risks and financial models of PIC products
·Facilitate adopters to envision and scope a solution through innovation and ensure gaps are covered in the roadmap to come to an E2E integrated solution
·Guide and support the innovation R&D organization in the development of the PIC products from initial phase to final release
·Collaborate closely with supporting functions such as Security, Privacy, Quality, Regulatory and external third party partners.
·Together with the PIC team prepare and chair the reporting-out meetings, e.g. Quality Performance Review with leadership team
·Groom the roadmap and capabilities with the PIC team in advance of Product Increment and Release Planning events
·Support product marketing activities in roadshows, develop marketing material including catalogs, websites and other digital publications to engage with internal/external clients using relevant media
·Support business development and market teams in customer engagement activities, innovation and solution selling, and developing new leads and opportunities
**You are a part of**
Project Management Office (PMO) team in the Philips China innovation center in Beijing. The team is responsible for end-to-end product/program/project management for innovative business and market solutions. You will report to the PIC Head and collaborate with many other functions including internal architecture, engineering, research, design, business, marketteams and external partners.
**To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience**
·A recognized bachelor’s degree or above in computer science, software engineering, information technology, or relative discipline
·Solid experience (10 years+) working within multi-national software product and/or innovation development lifecycles, including building product strategy, roadmap, etc.
·Deep business understanding and strong commercial and financial know-how
·Expert knowledge in digitalization, software, innovation, cloud related technologies and China digital ecosystem
·Strategic thinker with ability to shape direction as a change agent and deal with uncertainties
·Good networker and persuader with ability to communicate mission and vision to wide variety of audience (including portfolio management, architecture, engineering, sales & marketing, leadership, etc.) and obtain buy-in
·Delivery oriented with quality mindset
·Fluent in English, verbal and written
·Experience in healthcare industry is preferred
·Experience in product/program management is preferred
**How we work together**
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week.
Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities.
Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.
