Sr. Product Manager

**RESPONSIBILITIES:**
**Three Main Responsibilities:**
40% - Develop marketing strategies & plans for the assigned brand to enhance brand equity, increase market share and achieve brand business target
40% - Execute and deliver communication campaigns and marketing programs
20% - Accountable for regular brand operation works, including brand demand forecast, A&P spending management, support/synergize with cross-function teams (ethical marketing, CRM, retail sales, etc)
**Major Responsibilities/Activities:**
**Marketing Strategies & Plans** :
Develop annual marketing strategies and prepare marketing plans accordingly to support brand equity enhancement, market share growth and overall business target achievement,
**Marketing Programs Implementation**
Propose action plans and implement agreed plans, including brand communication plan, social & content marketing plans, brand/campaign assets development, consumer activation campaigns landing in consumer channels (eCommerce, MT, pharmacies, etc.) Closely follow up the program result and continuously seek improvement. Evaluate the programs after completion and provide learning for next action
**Brand Performance Tracking**
Fully leverage available resources, constantly monitor and report market trends, competitor activities, brand performance and brand health analysis to formulate/adjust brand plans
**Brand Operations**
Track and monitor brand A&P spending under agreed budget and ensure cost effectiveness & efficiency. Work with Demand Planning, Commercial and Supply Chain teams for rolling forecast accuragcy. Collaborate with CRM, Ethical Marketing, Retail Sales teams to deliver brand sales target and seek synergy opportunities.
**REQUIREMENTS:**
Industry experiences:
+ At least 8 years working experience in brand marketing in MNC. Experience in consumer healthcare, food or nutrition industry is preferred. Experience in digital marketing is a plus.
Language Skills:
+ Good command of written and verbal English.
Computer Skills:
+ Excellent Excel/PPT Skills, Basic statistic knowledge is a plus.
