Sr. Product Manager, North America MFN
MFN is launching 3+ managed shipping solutions in 2H 2025 and 2026 (Seller Flex, Ship+, Easy Ship), and we are seeking an exceptional strategic leader to make these launches successful in the US. This role combines strategic thinking with operational execution, serving as the voice of the Seller and customer to affect change across the tech stack and operational processes. A successful candidate is a generalist that is comfortable Diving Deep into Seller Adoption data, writing business requirements and user stories to feed feature requests and roadmap prioritization, and program manage multiple stakeholders in weekly metrics reviews.

You'll work directly with senior leadership across global marketplaces to translate vision into actionable plans while ensuring operational excellence across the organization.

• Own high-visibility presentations and communications to senior leadership
• Drive data-informed decision making through analytics and insights
• Design and implement operational frameworks that enable scalable growth

*Fluency in SQL is a requirement to be successful in this role, as there is limited to no BIE support. Python knowledge is recommended.*
