Role Summary The Senior Product Manager, Entertainment will be responsible for defining and executing the product roadmap for our next-generation Infotainment features. This role requires strong technical skills, excellent communication, and a deep understanding of user experience. Responsibilities Strategic Planning: Develop and communicate clear product vision and execute the strategy aligning with business goals. Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, strategy, marketing, sales, and other teams to ensure product success. Opportunity Identification: Identify and evaluate new feature opportunities by engaging with prospective technology partners, driving innovation and bringing cutting-edge entertainment features to the automotive infotainment system. Product Ownership: Lead end-to-end feature development from concept to launch, strategically coordinating organizational resources to meet product and business goals. Stakeholder Management: Engage with engineering, business, design, and JV brand stakeholders, to define and prioritize product features, functions and requirements. Performance Metrics: In collaboration with engineering, design, monitor and analyze product performance against success metrics, using data to drive improvement. Market and Customer Research: Conduct thorough market analysis and customer research to identify trends, needs, and pain points, translating findings into actionable insights for product development. Qualifications Bachelor's or Master’s degree in a relevant field such as Engineering, Computer Science, or Business. MBA or equivalent experience. 5+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on infotainment or automotive technology. Business partner management expertise; ability to collaborate and negotiate roadmaps with external partners. A customer-first mindset with a strong drive to enhance experiences through consumer research, user feedback, and industry analysis. Proven track record of successfully launching and managing complex products. Articulate product vision and influence leaders/partners to achieve it; excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Be highly capable of working with technical teams through periods of rapid growth and scale. Preferred Qualifications History of working through ambiguity and launching products in markets that go from 0 to 1 and from 1 to 1.x Comfort building platforms that integrate across multiple 3rd party providers and ecosystems Aptitude for working closely with the UX/UI design team to realize innovative and useful designs Pay Disclosure Salary Range/Hourly Rate for California Based Applicants: 132,000 USD - 165,000 USD (actual compensation will be determined based on experience, location, and other factors permitted by law). Salary Range/Hourly Rate for British Columbia Based Applicants: 97,000 CAD - 121,000 CAD (actual compensation will be determined based on experience, location, and other factors permitted by law).
