Role Summary The Senior Product Manager, Enterprise Connectivity will be responsible for defining and executing the product roadmap for our next-generation connectivity and telematics platforms. This role requires strong technical skills, excellent communication, and a deep understanding of automotive telematics needs. Responsibilities Product Ownership: Lead end-to-end feature development for a variety of vehicle-to-cloud telematics and data logging products, including creation of user stories and helping shape the multi-modal UI/UX for these products. Strategic Planning: Develop and communicate clear product vision and execute the strategy aligning with business goals. Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with engineering, design, strategy, sales, and other teams to ensure product success. Opportunity Identification: Identify and evaluate new feature opportunities by engaging with OEM brand partners to understand fleet level telematics and connectivity needs. Stakeholder Management: Engage with engineering, business, design, and JV brand stakeholders, to define and prioritize product features, functions and requirements. Performance Metrics: In collaboration with engineering, design, monitor and analyze product performance against success metrics, using data to drive improvement. Regulatory Awareness: Stay updated on automotive, connectivity, and data privacy related regulations and compliance requirements that affect product development and launch. Qualifications Bachelor's or Master’s degree in a relevant field such as Engineering, Computer Science, or Business. MBA or equivalent experience. 5+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on analytics, connectivity, and/or automotive technology. Strong understanding of telematics frameworks and connectivity technologies such as NATs and/or other networking frameworks. Proven track record of successfully launching and managing complex products. Articulate product vision and influence leaders/partners to achieve it; excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Preferred Qualifications Experience navigating ambiguity and successfully launching products in nascent markets (0 to 1) and scaling existing ones (1 to 1.x). Experience with self-service telemetry and analytics products. Comfortable developing platforms with integrations across various third-party providers and ecosystems. Technical experience of working with Cloud and POSIX systems Pay Disclosure Salary Range/Hourly Rate for California Based Applicants: 132,100 USD - 165,100 USD (actual compensation will be determined based on experience, location, and other factors permitted by law).
