The Sr. Product Associate, Card Pricing will contribute to the way we manage the disclosed credit card terms on a customer’s account by partnering with cross-functional teams to build and refine pricing capabilities that influence the customer experience and support strategic business initiatives. This position sits within the Marketing, Growth & Innovation organization of Card Services, a key business within Chase’s Consumer & Community Banking group.
As a Sr. Product Associate, Card Pricing in Marketing, Growth & Innovation, you will be responsible for leading and supporting key initiatives by collaborating across teams within the Credit Card organization to understand business requirements, define the requirements in partnership with software engineers, and then drive them through build, test, and deployment. This individual will also help support the product’s backlog prioritization and ensure proper documentation for a strong control environment.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree required3+ years of work experience in product development or related fieldProven ability to operate of Agile methodologyDemonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Pivot Tables)Experience in fintech or financial services industry
