Job Description The Senior Principal Architect is the senior-most architectural authority within the organization, responsible for shaping and guiding the enterprise technology vision, leading architecture practices across the bank, and ensuring that IT solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with business goals. This role oversees the Enterprise Architecture, Solution Architecture, and Security Architecture functions and works directly with delivery managers, technical leads, and engineering teams. The Senior Principal Architect ensures that engineering and delivery teams have clear blueprints, reusable patterns, and architectural guardrails that promote consistency, innovation, and quality at scale. This individual is not only a strategic thinker but also a seasoned engineer capable of hands-on collaboration, mentoring, and translating complex technical landscapes into actionable plans.
