Job Description:
The Program Management Excellence (PMX) team within the Maritime Sector is looking to fill a PMX role for the Undersea Systems (USS) Division. The successful candidate should be an experienced Program Manager or Proposal Manager who is well-versed in People, Process, and Tools best practices within the Aerospace & Defense industry. The successful candidate will serve as the single point of functional program management execution for the USS PMX Lead, Division VP and their staff. The candidate will work effectively with the other members of the Maritime PMX staff, functional partners and the sector program teams.

Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 15 years of experience or post-graduate degree and 13 years of experience. In lieu of a degree, minimum of 19 years of prior related experience.Ability to obtain a Department of Defense (DoD) Secret Security Clearance 10+ years of prior program management, proposal management, program planning, and EVMS experienceDemonstrated ability to present to executives/management on important topicsDemonstrated ability to work independently, identify problems and propose solutionsDemonstrated ability to work cross-functionally, across geographically-disbursed teamsExperience working DoD projects in a Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulations (DFAR) environmentAbility to Travel – 25%Preferred Additional Skills:
