Your role:

Lead marketing team to drive Chemical portfolios’ business in ChinaResearch and identify business opportunity in specific segment.Explore and develop customized workflow/solution to meet segment expectation.Monitor the dynamics of market and customer behavior changeDesign effective strategy to seize the business opportunityConduct marketing activities to improve company reputationCoordinate with stakeholders to deliver excellent customers experienceSupport the realization of China Strategic Development PlanImprove marketing efficiency continuously through digitalizationFoster talent and develop peopleAnalyze and report the performance

 

Who you are:

Education background: Master degree or above, prefer Chemical related backgroundWorking Experience: Over 10 years working experience in life science marketing role, at least 5-year people management experienceLanguage: Fluent EnglishSkillset: Excellent presentation skill, data analysis skill, project management skill, change management skill, etc.Others: Growth mindset, team spirit, high learning agility, people agility and mental agility, etc.
