Purpose: Your insights will influence the strategy, portfolio, and business processes of J&J MedTech Innovation globally. Driving efficiencies, providing insights to make positive business decisions as well as influencing the eco-system of digitizing business processes. In accordance with all applicable federal, state and local laws/regulations and Corporate Johnson & Johnson, procedures and guidelines, this position: + **Digital ecosystem & process automation** – Drive organizational change from manual, siloed activities to an interconnected toolset (Planisware, Power BI/Tableau, Alteryx, etc.), supporting roadmap prioritization, user-acceptance testing and roll-out of new features that save time and cost. + **Data architecture & visualization** – Maintain the end-to-end portfolio data model and refresh pipeline; build and maintain self-service dashboards in Power BI and Tableau; provide training and tier-1 support to cross-functional users. + **Portfolio governance & reporting cadence** – Collect and consolidate portfolio data for monthly KPI reporting; ensure information is current, accurate and aligned with business unit leaders across the sector. + **Portfolio analytics & insights** – Consolidate the MedTech R&D portfolio. Deliver eNPV, IRR, scenario and capacity models that guide executive investment decisions. + **Competitive intelligence & strategic communications** – Analyze MedTech competitors, industry trends and internal performance data to craft talking points for various stakeholders. Education and Required Experience: + Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Life Sciences, Finance, Business Analytics, or related field + Minimum of (3) years in portfolio management, R&D finance, PMO, or strategy within MedTech, Pharma, or healthcare industry + Advanced Excel, Power Point, and strong Power BI capability + Proven ability to translate complex analytics into clear, executive-ready narratives + Excellent storytelling and influencing skills; comfortable interacting with senior leaders Preferred Skills & Experiences: + Master’s/MBA, PMP, or equivalent certification + Hands-on experience with Planisware, or similar PPM platforms + Familiarity with Stage-Gate, Agile, and Design-to-Value methodologies + Experience using ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) tools + Experience leading cross-functional change-management initiatives + Knowledge of global medical-device competitive and regulatory landscapes Other: + This position can be based in Raynham, MA, Raritan, NJ, New Brunswick, NJ Cincinnati, OH and requires up to 10% travel The anticipated base pay range for this position is [$108,500] to [$147,000] The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation’s performance over a calendar/ performance year. Bonuses are awarded at the Company’s discretion on an individual basis.
